The National course, which plays at 7433 yards at its longest, was designed by Ian Woosnam Former Masters Champion, World Number one and Ryder Cup Captain, is the hardest course at The Vale Resort. The most notable hole on The National is the second. It is a downhill treelined par 5 that totals 607 yards in length and 22 yards at its most narrow point. Getting the tee shot away is maybe the easiest or the long-range shots on the hole. To hit the green on approach you must navigate the protective water hazard that sits on its front edge.

The Lake Course is the shorter of the two, which will keep you focused to keep your ball dry. A member favourite due to its easier nature due to its length.
